New Obsession

So I went to Ulta the other day & I was looking for a new summer powder foundation, something light feeling & not cakey. The girl showed me the Napoleon Perdis line, I saw his line before but always thought the foundation was a bit expensive. But when she tried the foundation on me I was sold!! I mean $40 is a bit much compared to other lines but I could not turn this down. Why not pay a little more for something thats amazing?!?! This powder is so light feeling and gives this airbrush look that I love! It says camera finish & I can tell you that it gives you that w/o feeling like you have a pound of make-up on your face. I don't think I could like any other foundation! This is perfect for summer and any another season :). Also I have an oily t-zone, so this powder takes care of that oily part of my face w/o drying out my cheeks! It is a sheer powder but all you need is a little concealer if you have acne, if not use it alone and its perfect. Blends skin evenly & goes on so smooth, you will always look natural when wearing this powder. Over-all I would definitely recommend this to everyone, if you couldn't tell by my review.

Hello Crackle!!

So I polished my nails the other day with one of China Glaze's crackle polish and I just love the results of these polishes. I bought all six of the colors & can't wait until O.P.I releases their silver crackle. The base color I used is from Sally Hansen & then I put the crackle China Glaze over my index finger & ring finger. I use two different top coats, the first is Seche Vite & then I use Diamond Dry. The Diamond Dry makes the polish extremely shiny (purchased it from Sally's). Hope you guys like it!

Item used:

- Sally Hansen nail growth Miracle "Gentle Blossom"

- China Glaze Crackle "Cracked Concrete"

*UPDATE (polished my nails w/ another color combo)

I re-polished my nails because I can never keep the same polish on for too long. LOL. But here, one picture I took outside & the other I took inside with the flash. The purple i got from Sephora, you can slightly see that it has really fine sparkles in it. I like it, its a dark pretty purple. The crackle is another China Glaze polish, very pretty hot pink!! You do have to put a thicker coat of the crackle on when you're painting your nails because the dark purple or any darker color can over power the pink. Just one slightly thicker coat will the trick & too many swipes can cause the crackle to NOT crack. But I really like these crackle polish a lot! Thanks for visiting again.

Items Used:

- Sephora by OPI "Just a Little Dangerous"

- China Glaze Crackle "Broken Hearted"

I'll be brief! :) Here is another China Glaze crackle I did. The base color is another Sephora polish, it's a dark teal with very fine sparkles in it. With a lighter Robin's egg blue color crackle on top. This one unlike the pink didn't require for me to put a thicker coat, but it really didn't bother me either way putting a thicker coat. Enjoy!

Items Used:

- Sephora by OPI "Teal We Meet Again"

- China Glaze Crackle "Crushed Candy"

New to this!

This is my first blog & first post! I'm new to this whole thing so it'll take me getting used to this. lol. I shop a lot, I love buying stuff ( I think I may have a problem :) ) so I thought hey why not make a blog about all the stuff I buy. It'll give me some insight about what you think about the products & vice versa. So I'll have more to come in the days & weeks to come. Thanks for visiting my page!
